Once fulfillment has begun, the order cannot be canceled for a full refund.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

We will assist in opening a claim with the carrier; however:

Claims are subject to carrier investigation outcomes
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:

We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
ORDER CANCELLATION (SHIPPING-RELATED)
If a customer requests cancellation after fulfillment has begun (including shipping label creation), the order may be eligible for a partial refund only, excluding shipping costs.
