REFUND POLICY

At Kosa Jewels, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

UNITED STATES RETURNS

We happily accept qualifying returns for a full refund. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and postmarked within 30 days of the ship date.

To return your order, please include:

  • The original invoice

  • Items in complete original packaging

  • We are not responsible for lost return packages

  • We strongly recommend insuring and tracking your return

  • You may use a shipping method of your choice

REFUNDS

You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Please allow up to 20 days for:

  • Your package to arrive

  • Inspection and processing

  • Refund to be issued to your original form of payment

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including all packaging and tags.

 

EXCHANGES

At this time, we only process exchanges for the same item, subject to availability.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not offer free return shipping for international orders.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Duties, taxes, and associated fees

All international returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.

To obtain an RMA code, please email: info@kosajewels.com
Include your name, order number, and items being returned.

Your return must include:

  • Original invoice

  • RMA code clearly marked

Additional notes:

  • Shipping, duties, and fees are non-refundable

  • Packages sent COD may be refused or deducted from refund

  • We are not responsible for lost return packages

 

ORDER AVAILABILITY

Due to real-time inventory fluctuations, some items may become unavailable after purchase.

In such cases, we will:

  • Notify you promptly

  • Offer a replacement (if available), or

  • Issue a refund for the unavailable item(s)

Kosa Jewels is not liable for inventory discrepancies due to system or timing variations.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION & FULFILLMENT

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before fulfillment begins.

Once an order enters fulfillment, including but not limited to:

  • Processing

  • Packaging

  • Shipping label creation

  • Carrier booking (e.g., DHL Express)

The order is considered in progress, and cancellation may result in a partial refund only.

 

SHIPPING FEES (IMPORTANT)

Shipping fees are non-refundable once fulfillment has begun, including when:

  • A shipping label has been created

  • A shipment has been prepared or scheduled

If a customer requests cancellation after this stage, the shipping cost will be retained.

 

REFUND CONFIRMATIONS

All refunds are processed through our secure payment system.

Customers will automatically receive:

  • Refund confirmation emails

  • Transaction records

Please note that banking institutions may take several business days to reflect refunds.

 

DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

We take all disputes seriously.

In the event of a chargeback or claim, we will provide full documentation, including:

  • Order records

  • Communication history

  • Shipping confirmations

False or misleading claims may be formally disputed.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Kosa Jewels reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Cancel orders

  • Limit or cease communication

In cases involving abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct.
