SHIPPING And Processing time
Please note that we ship all orders from our Miami warehouse Monday through Saturday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (M-S) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Saturday, it will be shipped the following week. If ordering Next Day Shipping before 1PM Eastern Time, the order will be shipped that same day.
For all personalized and pre-order items please allow 10-14 business days from the order date (this does not include delivery time) for the item to ship. If you need to place an urgent order, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@kosajewels.com. Please note that processing time may take longer during the holiday season and during specific sales and promotions.

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.
Once we hand pack and prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courier so that your package will arrive to you safe and sound! In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Kosa Jewels does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
FREE PREPAID RETURNS
We happily accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit. The returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in the complete original packaging. EXCEPTIONS: Final sale merchandise is not eligible for a return or exchange, including custom-made personalized pieces.
